Our Pickled duck eggs are made from fresh eggs produced here by our ducks. There are a mixes of Blue Swedish eggs and Jumbo Peking eggs.
 
The beats used in the pickling add a natural sweetener to counter some of the vinegar tartness and adds a nice ruby red coloring to the eggs.
 
Ingredients : White Vinegar, Red Beats, White Onion, Mustard Seeds, Black Pepper Corn, Sea Salt, Raw Garlic, and Fresh Duck Eggs
